Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy for online and in-store sales lasts 14 calendar days. Passed the 14 days from the delivery date of your online purchase, or from the date of your in-store purchase; unfortunately we cannot offer a credit or exchange.
Only store credit or exchanges are allowed. No Refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

SALE items and ModaPasso brand (aka Casual line of shoes)
There are certain situations where only partial credit refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 calendar days after delivery.
Store Credit (when applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a store credit will be applied to your account to use for any future purchase.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, sale items are final.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges can be in-store or online. Shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. Please send us an email at contact@adoredanceshoes.com to begin an exchange or return process. Always include proof of purchase in your correspondence.
Gifts
Purchases made with a gift card are not refundable. You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return minus applicable fees. Once the returned item is received, a credit toward a future purchase will be provided for you.
Shipping
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Returns must be mailed to: Adore Dance Shoes, 5789 NW 7th Ave, Suite 11, Miami FL USA 33127. Include proof of purchase in your package.
Customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, any waived shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost items.
